Drain Savers, LLC
By requesting service, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or making a payment with Drain Savers, LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Drain Savers, LLC provides drain cleaning, sewer line cleaning, camera inspections, and related plumbing and sewer services. All services are provided based on the information available at the time of service and conditions present at the property.
Service availability, pricing, and scope of work are subject to confirmation and may change based on site conditions.
2. Authorization to Request Service
By submitting a request or booking an appointment, you confirm that:
You are the property owner or
You are authorized by the property owner or responsible party to request service at the listed address
Drain Savers, LLC is not responsible for disputes regarding authorization to perform work.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to job complexity, traffic, weather, or prior service calls. If appointment times are imperative , that must be explicitly explain with Drain Savers to make sure time is managed for all parties properly.
Missed appointments, lack of access, or cancellations without reasonable notice may result in a service or trip fee.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed. We have right to refuse service , or refund deposit at will.
4. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on the type of service requested and conditions encountered on site.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved electronic payments, including credit/debit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout.
Estimates are not guarantees. Final pricing may change if additional work is required and will be communicated before proceeding whenever possible.
5. Refunds
Because services are performed on-site and labor-based, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us promptly so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
6. Access & Work Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all drains, cleanouts, yard vents, and work areas. Drain Savers, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile or aging plumbing systems, or damage caused by root intrusion, pipe collapse, corrosion, or other unknown conditions. Drain and sewer systems can fail unpredictably, and results cannot be guaranteed.
All pets must be secured before and during service. Drain Savers, LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unsecured pets, and the property owner is liable for any harm to technicians resulting from pets. Service may be refused if pets are not properly secured.
The property owner must provide access to the yard vent leading to the main sewer line. If the yard vent cannot be located or accessed, service will be limited to cleaning from under the house to the outside trap only, and the full service fee will still apply.
For vacant properties, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate and working lockbox code. If access cannot be gained due to an incorrect code or malfunctioning lockbox, the trip fee will apply.
If the property is has persons on site at time of services, a person 18 years or older must be present to provide access. Drain Savers, LLC will not perform services at a property where only minors are present.
Drain Savers, LLC reserves the right to charge a non-refundable $25 trip fee if our technician cannot access the property or if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable to perform work. In such cases, the trip fee will be charged, and the appointment may be rescheduled at the full service price once conditions allow the technician to perform services safely and efficiently.
7. No Guarantee of Permanent Results
Drain cleaning and sewer services restore flow but do not guarantee permanent resolution, especially in systems affected by roots, structural damage, grease buildup, or improper installation.
Camera inspections requested provide visual information at the time of inspection only.
8. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from Drain Savers, LLC, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
Marketing communications are optional and require separate consent. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drain Savers, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a $25 non-refundable trip fee. Appointments that are missed, cancelled late, or where access is not provided—including situations where a tenant or owner is unavailable—will result in the trip fee. The fee does not apply toward future service and a new appointment will be scheduled at the full service price. This trip fee helps keep our service pricing very affordable for our customers and our scheduling efficient. We respect you, please respect us.
11. Third-Party Services & Payment Processors
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Drain Savers, LLC is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.
13. Changes to These Terms
Drain Savers, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
